Integrity Matters LLC provides custom-designed apparel and related merchandise, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, hats, uniforms, and promotional items.

Because products are custom-made, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, and print appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

 

3. Orders and Approval

Custom Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, mockups, spelling, sizes, colors, and order details before production begins.

Once approval is provided:

  • Production may begin immediately.

  • Changes may not be possible.

  • Additional fees may apply for modifications.

Minimum Orders

Certain products or services may require minimum order quantities.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [USD or Currency] and are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms:

  • Full payment may be required before production begins.

  • Deposits, if accepted, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is received and cleared.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or disputed orders.

 

5. Production and Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Supply shortages

  • Weather events

  • Customer approval delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel:

  • All custom sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or approved artwork errors.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within [7] days of delivery by emailing admin@integritymatters.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product

If approved, we may:

  • Replace the item

  • Offer store credit

  • Provide a refund at our discretion

7. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks, text, and images submitted to us.

By submitting artwork, you grant Integrity Matters LLC permission to reproduce and use the materials solely for fulfilling your order.

We are not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided content.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrity Matters LLC from any claims related to submitted artwork.

 

8. Design Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Custom designs created by Arianna Pridmore at Integrity Matters LLC remain hers and the company's intellectual property.

  • We may display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media for marketing purposes.

Exclusive ownership or transfer of design rights must be agreed upon separately in writing.

 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to create or distribute content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations

  • Infringes intellectual property rights

  • Is defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful

We reserve the right to reject any order for inappropriate or prohibited content.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Matters LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruption

  • Delays in fulfillment

  • Customer errors in approved designs or sizing

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

 

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use customer information solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Integrity Matters LLC , without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver, Colorado.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
